YES! Each license of use must be combined with a valid domain name, you can still "Park" license, combining it a local server " http://127.0.0.1 "

NO! You must possess a valid OWboard license for each installation of the software (regardless of whether the two installations are on the same domain name or server). The only test/development purposes is allowed to have a second software installation of a local server (inaccessible "http://127.0.0.1") or online (only the same registered domain name) Password-protected, accessible only by administrator and not available to the general public.
