OWboard Requisites

Before being able to install and use the OWboard software, check that all the requirements in this section are met

• A web server or web hosting account running on any major Operating System with support for PHP
• PHP 5.3 or greater with these requirements:
  • PHP.ini setting: "safe_mode" disabled
  • PHP.ini setting: "register_globals" disabled
  • PHP.ini setting: "session.auto_start" disabled
  • PHP.ini setting: "file_uploads" enabled
  • PHP module: "zip" enabled
  • PHP module: "mysqli" enabled
• A SQL database system, MySQL/MariaDB

The presence of the characteristics required herein, will be checked during the installation process
